Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,
If the ligament tear is giving u so much problem, pls go for an MRI SCAN.This will give us clear facts as to how bad is it.If your day to day activities have been affected due to this , the LIST OF OPTIONS ARE.

1)Qudriceps with open and closed chain exercises
2)Long leg knee brace to be continued
3) ARTHROSCOPIC RECONSTRUCTION OF THE LIGAMENT - BEST OPTION AVAILABLE.
