Metroformin 1000 mg cannot be the cause of your headache. high blood pressure can be the cause if it is not controlled. In your case i will first rule out on history, is it a primary headache like tension headache or migraine. If not, then for finding the cuse of secondary headache along with history examination some tests like NCCT headache, blood tests etc will be required. pls consult a neurologist this severe headache.
