Experiencing Cramps & Light Spots After Taking Mifepristone

I have taken mifepristone on 24th april around 12pm and then taken 2 tablets misoprostol around 9:20 am on 26th april. After that the same day at around 4pm i took the remaining 2 misoprostol tablets. All i had was cramps and light spots no bleeding. What should i do.

Hello,

You should continue taking Misoprostol 200 mcg after every 12 hours for 5 days. You can also soak the tablet and put it in the posterior fornix of your vagina (if you have ever tried it). If still, you wouldn't expel anything then I suggest you go for USG for RPOC's and might need a D&C further.
