Experiencing Chest Pain Due To A Cut On The Fore Arm

about 5 days ago I got a pretty deep cut on my left forearm. I lost quite a bit of blood, but decided not to go get stitches and glued it shut myself. The next day it busted open and I have been cleaning it each day with hydrogen peroxide. I noticed yesterday I started to get a sharp pain going up my arm into my chest. Tonight I noticed I have a pretty wide line going from the cut all the way up to my arm pit and it is painful to touch. I have no other symptoms.

Thanks for your question on HCM.
In my opinion you should immediately consult doctor and get done thorough cleaning of wound and proper aseptic dressing of wound.
You are saying the wound is deep, so chances of nerve damage Ia high.
So the radiating pain you are feeling is mostly due to nerve damage. So better not to wait at home and start appropriate treatment and dressing for your wound.
