Hi, I had gone through your question and understand your concerns. Its like that you are having side effects of Isotretinoin (Roaccutane) . Body aches, back pains ,dryness of mucosal membranes,difficulty with moving nosebleeds, scaling, redness, burning, pain, or other signs of inflammation of the lips,skin infection or rash. I suggest you should visit your physician and have complete physical examination so to rule out any other pathology like having an infection by doing cbc,esr and blood cultures.
