Experiencing All The Symptom's Of Pregnancy But The Result Shows Negative

can birth control and smoking give me a negative on a pregnancy test or low hCG levels I have sore breasts and back aches and nausea for about 2 1/2 weeks now and i never get these symptoms during or before my period I missed my period I wanna say going on 3 weeks wednesday and my last period was June 20th which lasted a day every pregnancy test I've takin has been negative but I have pregnancy symptoms

Hi,welcome to healthcare magic forum. As you are having pregnancy symptoms like nausea, missed period, sore breast etc.,but urine test is negative. so in my opinion you should meet a gynecologist and get an USG done to confirm the pregnancy.This is the only way you can get confirmatory result.Good luck.Thanks.
