Excruciating Pain And Bleeding When Passing Stool, Lumps Around Anus. Cause?

Hello,
In the past couple of weeks I have been very constipated and have been straining a lot when I got to pass stools. However in the past 3 days, when I have passed a stool I have been in excruciating pain and have had a lot of bright red blood in the toilet afterwards! It is so painful to pass a stool I don't want to. I have just built the courage to look through a mirror and have also found there are many many little lumps (some larger than others) all around my anus on the outside?
Please help?
