Hello,
Welcome to Healthcare Magic.

From your query it is apparent that you have reduced 5 stone (31.75kg) weight. You did not mention about your current weight.

Your all symptoms more likely due to malnutrition, associated with symptoms protein, vitamins and minerals deficiencies. You should meet nearby physician to deal with it.

You also need to maintain adequate weight. To know ideal weight of person we use an index called BODY MASS INDEX (BMI).

BMI is calculated with the simple formula: BMI= weight in kg/height in metre²

According to BMI we can categorise people in three categories:
•     Underweight from 16.0 to 18.5
•     Normal from 18.5 to 25
•     Overweight from 25 to 30
•     Obese from 30 onward

So maintain your BMI between 18.5-25. Take protein, minerals and vitamins containing food like egg, milk and fruits

You can follow up with me in case of any further difficulty or problem.

Wish you good health and all the best.
