Early Periods, Heavy On Second Day, Light Headed, Dizzy Spells, Metal Taste In Mouth, Cramping. Pregnant?

Was wondering if you could help me out. I have a 28-30cycle but my period came early day 25 and the 2nd day was heavy, then the rest of the days were some what light, my period always lasts 5 days.this time it lasted for 3 1/2 days. Which never happens. Now since my period ive been so light headed, have dizzy spells (almost fainted getting out of shower) metal/blood like taste in mouth, and slight cramping. Also, urinating a bit more than usual. My boobs do not hurt, and have a bit of a.sensitivity to smells... what does this mean? Could i be pregnant... weight is still the same..

Hi,
Since you have had a period though a little early, pregnancy is not likely to have happened. Once in a while due to minimal hormonal imbalance a period sets in early. Yet, you can exclude/confirm pregnancy through a serum beta-hCG titre estimation now. Any infection also should be considered in view of your symptoms if pregnancy can be excluded. If pregnancy test is positive, a chemical abortion or a threatened abortion should be suspected. Hope you find this information useful. Take care.
