As far as the test result is concerned it shows features of Inducible Ischemia but as you say you are not having symptoms.
Are you Diabetic?(coexisting Diabetes Mellitus can mask the symptoms)
Though you donot have Thyroid disease there is high probability of Ischemic Heart Disease (the probability of which is higher at your age)
If you have Diabetes you need to consult your Treating physician as you fall in the group of silent angina
Or else please keep a watch on your risk factors eg
Obesity
Diabetis
Hypertension and Dyslipodimea
Otherwise conservative approach and Diet control besides exercise will help you lower the risk
thanks from Dr Chowhan
