Dull And Tender Soreness In Upper Left Abdomen, Problems With Spicy Food. Advice?

Hello, yesterday morning, I began to feel a dull and tender soreness in my upper left abdomen area just below my ribs. It has continued on to today and this afternoon it seems to be moving a bit downward. I do have problems with spicing foods and had chili, quite spicy, yesterday for lunch and followed it with some pepto-bismol. I am a male and age 62. I have been in very good health, at times a bit of slightly high blood pressure, but not severe. Thank you for your assistance.

Hi,
It seems that you might be having gastritis or hyper-acidity giving dull aching pain in left abdomen.
This might be due to having spicy and junk food.
Take antispasmodic tablet like Dicycolmine and Omiprazole for 1-2 days.
Change your food style.
Avoid chillies, spicy and junk food.
Take light diet for 2 days.
Ok and take care.
