Dry mouth, dizzy, fatigue. Is it symptoms of Diabetes?

Hi, I have a concern. Within the past week or so. My mouth gets really dry...I'm not thirsty...but my mouth stays dry....so I drink a lot and use the bathroom a lot. I have been feeling a little dizzy as well...kind of like when you haven't eaten. But it's different, it's more like the fatigue you get when you haven't eaten. The dry mouth goes away, but the fatigue is getting worse. I thought it was my ebv, but not sure now because everything online is telling me it's diabetes. Super concerned and my medical insurance won't kick in until 3 weeks. Any ideas on what it could be?

Hello,
Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
Dryness in mouth and fatigue are not due to diabetes .
These two may be due to stress ( tension).
As you stated that you are drinking plenty of water and so urinating .
Excessive amount of urination causes loss of certain minerals hence fatigue may be due to this reason.
Dryness of mouth is most important symptom of tension.
Now usually age and weight play an important role in diabetes.
Please mention your age and & weight in next query.
Hope I have answered your question.
If further any question I will help.
Good luck.

DEAR SIR/MADAM

I ANALYSED THE SYMPTOMS BUT UNFORTUNATELY IT IS MIMICKING SYMPTOMS OF DIABETES.

1. POLYPHAGIA - INCREASED EATING
2. POLYDYPSIA - INCREASED THIRST
3. POLYURIA - INCREASED URINATION.
4. GENERALISED WEAKNESS AND WEIGHT LOSS

MOST OF THE SYMPTOMS IS RELATES THESE CRITERIA.

IT IS BETTER FOR YOU TEST FOR GLUCOSE PROFILE AND GLYCATED HEMOGLOBIN.

DONT WORRY.
PROPER DIET RESTRICTION AND EXERCISE WILL HELP YOU A LOT.

Hi- I m experiencing various periods of weakness and dizziness, sudden fatigue and dry mouth. I drink plenty of fluids throughout the day, urinate normally, more frequently with caffeine, like normal- good blood pressure and resting heart rate (BP: 113/69 HR: 73 BPM). No other symptoms except nausea throughout most of the day. These dizzy spells come sporadically and without warning.. they tend to ease with some rest, but the spells have been lasting longer and happening more frequently. They aren t accompanied by headaches, just extreme nausea.

I have had a difficult time for the last few months. I have zero appetite but know I need to eat to keep going. I am able to drink, no alcohol, but I find that I only get hungry about every 48 or more hours. After I eat I am sick for hours and unable to keep anything down. I have no normal schedule due to my ever changing hours at work. I work a very high stress job and have 0 down time with work and school. Could this be a possible medical issue, not just mental?
