Done Surgery For Ulcer. Growling Stomach, Unable To Gain Weight. Cause?

i have surgery for ulser in november 2010 since then my stomach growls a lot even though im not hungry. it even growls while im eeating.sometime loud. what can be the cause? im about 125 pounds and my height is 5 10 . i eat all my meals and snacks inbetween. but i cant seem too gain any weight which i bin trying too do. Any advise?

Possibly you are suffering from small intestinal bacterial overgrowth syndrome.
Try to take a course of antibiotic for it and see how you feel.
