Done Oral Sex With HIV Negative Person. Could Tongue Lesions And Itchy Throat A Symptom Of HIV?

I had oral sex with a HIV negative person. But I started to get different tongue lesions. It looks like a geographic tongue that hurts on and off and the circles kida move around. Kinda having a itchy throat. I was wondering if any of this can be HIV symptoms. I even took a HIV test, which was also negative but I dont know if it was too soon to get any results.. Since me and my partner had sex a month before that. Please give me some advice thank you.
