Hi
Abbreviations and acronyms are confusing, confounding and varies with the community!
POBA is - Plain Old Balloon Angioplasty - the one that fits in this situation
DIET - a proper advice is based on your weight (BMI) , your Fat levels (good and bad cholesterol).
Diet is only one part of overall Life Style modification - exercise another. At this time, drugs are also very important
In general, reduce your weight (if possible up to 10% less than ideal) / Avoid saturated fats - cheese, butter, palm or coconut oil etc
A near normal life is possible, in sha Allah! - you need the motivation to follow your doctor's advice.
A good dietician and your heart doctor can do a great deal
Good luck
