Premature ejaculation is governed by the state of mind. In fact there is nothing wrong with you. Premature ejaculation occurs due to over excitement. When you achieve good erection, avoid handling the penis, and after penetration, divert your thoughts from sex to something which is not related to sex, and when the peak of excitement has subsided, comeback to the sexual thoughts.
