Does Yeast Infection In Mouth Reoccur If I Use The Same Tooth Brush?

I had a yeast infection, that was affecting both my vagina and mouth, got it treated with diflucan....a week later my throat hurts with a white, light coating on my tongue. My vagina area is fine. However, I forgot to throw out my toothbrush last week. Could I have reinfected myself?
