Does Vaginal Bleeding After Intercourse Stop On Its Own?

My husband and I had rough sex yesterday, and I have been bleeding constantly from my Clitoritis/ urethra area ever since. It is heavy enough I need to wear a maxi pad, but I have no real pain. When I urinate, there is a moderate amount of blood in the bottom of the toilet. Will this go away or should I see a doctor?

Hi,

Cause of your issue can be due to

1. Infection in the vagina can cause bleed itself or lead to dryness and cause bleeding
2. Dryness – infection, improper foreplay, dehydration, age factor, hormonal imbalance
3. Forceful sex
4. Bleeding disorders
5. Eczema

If your bleeding continues, need to see a dr in person immediately.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
