It can also cause complications like orchitis, prostatitis, urethritis, etc. In case of a yeast infection, it may also contain the fungi responsible for the infection. This fungus may interfere with the functioning of the sperm and cause infertility if left untreated. At present, before you have conceived, take antifungal medicines and apply Monistat vaginal suppositories. Manage your hygiene better. The treatment should be done by both the partners.
