Does The Low Hormones,no Spotting And A Tilted Uterus Mean My Baby Is Dead?

Hi my doctor told me last week my placenta was measuring weeks behind. He said he didn t see a baby. He said that my hormone levels were down. Hose we I still feel and look pregnant. I have had no spotting and have aTilted uterus. Does this mean my baby is dead?

hormones,most probably you were tested for beta hcg
this hormone level should double in pregnancy in 48 hours
a repeat scan after 1 or 2 weeks should say whether the baby is growing or not
