Does Taking Fluticasone Propionate Cause Swelling In The Throat?

I am currently using Fluticasone Propionate every night before I go to bed. During the last week I have been experiencing a feeling that my throat like it is swelling, or like I have phlegm, and cannot get rid of it. Could this be a side effect of this medication?
