Hello dear I understand your concern Duphaston is does not cause any complication during pregnancy. Spotting could be due to hormonal imbalance, Infections, Internal exam done by your obstetrician or midwife Subchorionic hemorrhage Miscarriage (either threatened or imminent), accompanied by other symptoms, such as cramping or abdominal pain. Ectopic pregnancy Molar pregnancy, characterized by an abnormal growth on the placenta, and, usually, an abnormal fetus.
Progesterone support the pregnancy and help in promote the growth of baby Take complete bed rest till bleeding stop Take duphaston under advise of gynecologist and regular USG scan should be advisable Hope this may help you Best regards Dr. Sagar
