Hi & Welcome.
There's nothing to worry as these medications are safe and do not cause infertility or sterility.

These medications are usually prescribed in to regulate ovulatory cycles in patients suffering from PCOS.

1. Diane-35 is a combination of anti-androgen (Cyproterone) & estrogen is effective in the treatment of PCOS and hirsutism (abnormal growth of hair on a woman's face and body).

It has given good results & it will not affect your fertility after stopping this medication.

2. Metformin acts by decreasing the insulin resistance and helps to regularize periods in women with PCOS.
It is found to be effective and does not cause infertility upon discontinuing the treatment.

Along with medications, you must follow certain lifestyle changes like regular exercise, reducing the intake of high caloric diet, avoid stress, etc. This helps reduce insulin resistance and obesity, which in turn reduces the duration and dose of medications required in PCOS.

Hope the advice given above would be useful.
