Does Stress Increase Fatigue And Hair Loss When Diagnosed With Lyme Disease?

Hello, My boyfriend and I are at odds with regards to two problems: chronic PTSD and autoimmune disorders. I have been diagnosed with PTSD and ended a horribly abusive relationship two years ago. I explained that I was not normal and could not tolerate certain things, like any violence or physical altercations, as well as specific triggers, and to please not be with me if that could not be respected. I have been told that I likely had Lyme disease by a doctor about 5 years ago, but was in the abusive situation and denied health care for the duration. I ve been getting by, day to day, but am unwell and seem to have all the symptoms of lupus, with severe hair loss, Reynaud s, fatigue, and edema. My present boyfriend has not been very sympathetic, and has been violent on several occaisions, and cannot understand that this has a horrible effect on both my mental and physical health. Can you please confirm that such things and such stressors are devastating for someone like me, and likely to cause a worsening of everything? I cannot make him understand how terrible all of this has been, with the loss of everything I had, down to my ability to rely on my own body to get me out of dangerous situations, and the mental clarity that I normally have. Thank you.
