Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..
I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..
As per your complain yes, it is true that
smoking meth and other recreational drugs can cause panic attacks as they can cause increased episodes of
anxiety as they have toxic effects over the brain and body and sudden increased activity of brain and body musculature can lead to an attack of anxiety also known as a Panic attack..
I would however suggest you that the meth smoking is having harmful toxic effects n your body and you should completely stop smoking meth..
You can also do breathing exercised and
meditation to relieve the symptoms of anxiety and in case if there is recurrence of the same symptoms you should consult a Physician and get evaluated..
You should also limit intake of tea and coffee ..
Drink plenty of water for faster excretion of drug out of body..
Hope this information helps..
Thanks and regards..
