Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain it seems that you are suffering from upper respiratory tract infection also known as Common cold and it is a viral infection..
Roxid contains Roxithromycin that is an antibiotic and has no role in treating viral infection as they are potent to treat bacterial infection only..
Therefore my suggestion is that you should not take roxid s it is not needed..
You can however take Allerid D contains Phenylephrine, Cetrizine and Pseudoephadine that is an anti allergic and decongestant combination..
You can take it and along with it you can take mucolytics like Ambroxol..
Do warm saline gargles and steam inhalations an use a humidifier in your room..
Chew a Vitamin C pellet daily..
Drink plenty of warm water..
Take a soft diet and avoid spicy and chilled foods..
In case if you have cough with phlegm you can take cough suppressant like Dextromethorphan and expectorant like Gueifenesin..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
