Pathologist and Microbiologist 's  Response
Hello,

Gall bladder surgery has nothing to do with menstruation. Missing three cycles of menstruation needs to be investigated.

Pregnancy is the most common cause of amenorrhea or absence of menstruation.

I suggest you consult your gynaecologist in case there is no pregnancy. Hormonal imbalance is the next most common cause of delayed or missed menstruation.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
