Does Relaxyl Ointment Cure Scalp Staining?

Relaxyl Ointment contains Mephenesis, methyl Nicotinate, Capsicu Oleoresis. I have been advised by a doctor to use it for my scalp staing it help in hair loss. Please advise. I am 57 years old, diabetic & I am on Metformin. I am also hypertensive on Tab Envas & Natrilix SR
