Does Primary Complex Has Its Affect For 20 Years?

Hi good day doctor. I would like to ask something.. My friend had primary complex when he was a child. And every X-ray result seen scar. But he was done already with the medications before. Can he still work abroad because it was 20 years ago and the bacteria is not active since then. Thank you .

He can.
Once he has a healed lesion and primary complex in childhood which is treated well in childhood will not have problem after 20 years.
