Does Panderm Skin Cream Promote Facial Hair Growth?

Hi Sir, I am Kavitha here, I have dark brownish skin with dark black spots with little bit oily. So is panderm skin cream is suitable for my skin. Can I improve the colour of my skin. Someone said using this cream will increase the hair growth on face, is it true. Please clarify Thanks.

Panderm cream contains clobetasol propionate, which is a very potent steroid. This could cause side effects like skin thinning, whitish patches, increased facial hair, rosacea and redness of the skin on long term use.
Please do not use this cream.
For improving your complexion, you could use a broad spectrum sunscreen which is gel based with SPF 30 and above every 4 hours.
Use a cream containing 6% glycolic acid or 2% kojic acid at bed time on the spots to lighten them.
You could get glycolic peels done by a dermatologist to improve overall complexion .
Eat a healthy diet with fruits and vegetables. Drink lots of water.
