Does Only Slight Bleeding After Taking Mefigest Kit Mean Incomplete Abortion?

Sir my wife age is 19 yr. Last LMP-7/6/14 .i done pregnancy test that s positive. I give him mefigest kit orally at 14/7/14. slightly bleeding at 15/7/14 at 4 pm only one pad use.than stop bleeding .and again slightly bleeding at 18/7/14. Now what will i do. I will very depressed i think it is incomplete abortion .tab is 1 meferistone 200mg and 4tab mesoprotol each 200 mcg

Understand your concern
Always use mefigist kit under guidance of gynecologist to prevent this type of complication and stress. Do not worry it is manageable situation.
Causes of slight bleeding: inadequate dose, improper use, ectopic pregnancy etc. Bleeding after pill suggests abortion process is started.. Bleeding just more than period with tissue and clots is passed.
Exact status of abortion will check by per vaginal examination and USG scan.
So consult the gynecologist and get the USG done to confirm incomplete abortion for safe practice. If retain product/abortion will detect, you can remove it by using extra dose of misoprostol and by surgical procedure D &C.
Rest. analgesic, healthy diet with iron supplements should be taken
