Does Nut Allergy Cause Sore Throat?
i have a sore throat that feels like there are sores in the back of my throat. Can this be a symptom of a tree nut allergy (I ate pecans and it seemed to get worse) but I have had a sinus infection and wonder if it s from post nasal drip. Thank you

Hello,
If you have allergy for nuts, then you develop a rash, wheezing, itching, cough, breathlessness, lip and face edema, hypotension and shock. If mild allergy may present common cold-like symptoms. So you can avoid it to control allergy.
Use antihistamine like tablet alday dc twice a day for five days. Use water vapor inhalation and salt water gargling. If symptoms not improved, please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
