Hello and welcome to HCM,
The total bilirubin level of 2.3 is definitely suggestive of jaundice.
Both direct and indirect bilirubin are raised.
SGPT and SGOT which are liver enzymes are also raised.
These parameters suggest that there is ongoing liver damage and thus both bilirubin and liver enzymes are raised.
Rehaptin is a drig which has a protective effect on liver and helps liver to heal.
You can continue the drug, however, the underling cause of jaundice needs to identified and thus managed.

Thanks and take care

General & Family Physician Dr. Ashakiran S's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
Based on the liver function test you have posted, it states that your direct bilirubin fraction is increased among the total bilirubin level. Along with it, liver enzymes are also elevated.
This picture indicates that you have obstructive jaundice.
An ultrasound scan what has been advised is right as the common cause for obstruction is gall stones, which needs to be looked into. Also there could be obstruction elsewhere along the bile duct, which could be picked from ultrasound scan.
Kindly take the medications as advised and consult your doctor after undergoing scan for appropriate management.
Hope the information provided would be helpful.
All the best.
