Does Lv Infusion Of Rocephin Help Cure Bronchitis?

I am getting Iv infusion of Rocephin for a severe bladder infection, & I wonder if it will also help with bronchitis? I had my first infusion today & later this afternoon I started coughing & can hear my chest rattle. I am very prone to getting bronchitis .

Rocefin is a drug which is mostly effective for bladder infection but not such effect on bronchitis. So it may have minor effect but can not treat your bronchitis. If you are having bronchitis with cough and sputum, get other antibiotic which covers these lung infection like erythromycin , azethromycin .
