Does Lower Back Pain, Followed By Nausea And Constipation, Indicate Colon Problems?

Hi Dr, I ve been having lower back pain, feel bloated, somewhat constipated, uncomfortable, nauseous throwing up. The feeling starts gradually, then builds lower back pain, bloated then want to throw up. I feel constipated, never had a prob w this before, bm s were good. Very worried that it may be my colon, haven t had a colonoscopy..PLEASE ADVISE

Hello,

Lower back pain may be due to lumbar muscle spasm or disc prolapse or root compression.

Colon problem may present as abdominal pain, bloating and constipation.

Please get it done ultrasound abdomen, x-ray lumbar spine ap lateral view.

Then please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
