Pathologist and Microbiologist 's  Response

Hi, thanks for writing to HCM.

Well, if I were your treating consultant, I would consider your significant surgical / contact history and must think of some fat malabsorption or stool infection in your case; this could be foaminess of stool, amebiasis and even worm infestation but you have to do at least a basic stool examination first!

I also suggest you to go for a microbiological/ PATHOLOGICAL test of the stool / secretion for confirmation and to relieve your concerns!

Hope this answers your question. If you have additional questions or follow up questions then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your questions.

Wishing you good health.
