Does Lifting Heavy Weight Cause Bleeding From Vagina?

About 3 weeks ago, I was carrying my 4 year old, who weighs about 50 pounds. When I was carrying him, I felt a pop on my right lower side of abdomen, which had about 3 minutes of moderate pain, then I felt fine. The next day I started to have heavy vaginal bleeding with clots. Almost similar to a period. The bleeding lasted for two weeks going from heavy to light, every couple of days. The blood clots ranged anywhere from really tiny to about the size of a dollar coin, and I wasn t passing clots with every discharge, just occasionally over those two weeks. I was going through a tampon about every 3 hours, on the heavier days. Then the vaginal bleeding stopped 4 days ago. Today I did some strenuous work and afterwards noticed vaginal bleeding again. About 4 years prior to my pregnancy, it was found that I had a mild case of pics and I was put on bc to regulate. After the birth of my son, I did not go back on bc, because of a clotting disorder that is genetic in my family. My periods were very regular after the birth of my son, almost like clock work give or take a day, up until two weeks ago. So for the past 8 years, I ve been having regular periods, until two weeks ago. Also, when it was found that I had pics, my doc at that time said my uterus was slightly tilted, but that it was not a concern. I also did have a c-section with my son. Is it possible that the lifting of my son and the strenuous work has caused something to rupture? I m also 31 years and 300 lbs at 5 8. Any suggestions would be helpful. Thank you.

hi healthcare magic user, since you had prolonged period with clots it could be early pregnancy can you please tell me if you used any contraceptive ?
if I would have been your doctor I would have done blood test called BHCG, if positive then had done pelvic ultrasound to see is their any collection and see for uterine scar to check if it is intact. Can you please tell me is their any pain in lower abdomen? pelvic MRI will definitely give us diagnosis to rule out rupture of the uterus.
