Hi,

Yes, it does help in conceiving. Aromatase is an enzyme responsible for the production of estrogen from androgen in the body. Letoval works by inhibiting aromatase thereby suppressing estrogen production this results in release of gonadotropins (FSH and LH) from pituitary gland. These hormones can cause release of eggs from the ovaries in women suffering from PCOD thus increasing the chances of pregnancy hence they are found to be useful in the treatment of infertility.
