Does Intake Of Emergency Pill Post Unprotected Sex Avoid Pregnancy?

hello, I am from India. My fiance taking isotretinoin capsule since 16 november, 2015. Today we had sex without any protection. And later she took "Unwanted 72", a birth control pill, to avoid pregnancy. Is this contraceptives pill going to work?? If not, please suggest us better and quick option to avoid risk of pregnancy.

Yes intake of emergency pill post unprotected sex should avoid pregnancy. Emergency contraceptive pill like unwanted 72 work by preventing imlantation of fertilized egg on uterus. It should be taken as early as possible. It is 95% successful if taken within 24 hours & 70 % successful if taken 24-72 hours.
As you have taken the pill, You should now relax as pregnancy possibility is very less.
Use condom or regular contraceptive pill as method of conception in future. Taking more emergency contraceptive pills can cause problems like irregular periods, ovarian hyper-stimulation syndrome & even infertility.
