i am 6 years married i want to conceive earlier i had fibroid in uterus, poly cyst overian, it is removed through laproscopy in 2010 . righr now i have hydrosalping in left side follipen tube . right side is normal . my cycle is between 28-30 days.all the harmonal test reports are normal. can i get pregnent

Yes dear it will bring down to chance of pregnancy. One side tube with the problem will not function effectively as expdcted..
If u don't succeed after 2 to 3 months better yo get it treated first
