General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello
I have gone through your question and understand your concern. The chances of getting pregnant post treatment for cervical dysplasia is low and mostly depends upon to what extent dysplastic changes occured in cervix.
Some treatments for dysplasia like cervial conization may affect fertility but early detection and treatment increases the chances of pregnancy. But there is always a hope for everyone even in worst cases as we can look at the brighter side of things and take up measures like adoption which is more rewarding in everyway.
Hope your concern is answered. Thank you.
