Ya it helps.. Lemon particularly aids in nervous problems that arise from long term stress and anxiety associated with headaches, sluggishness, confusion, exhaustion and depression. Also, the potassium content in the fruit is useful to offset the potassium loss caused by blood-pressure lowering drugs in some patients.
