Does Dizzy And Foot Instability When Having Sugar Included Food Indicates Diabetes?

Hello and welcome to HCM,
Diabetes can present in number of ways.
Feeling hungry, feeling thirsty, excessive urination, numbness of extremities are few of the symptoms of diabetes.
Dizzy is not a common feature of diabetes.
However, you need to get your fasting blood sugar levels done.
Fasting sugar is done after fasting for 8 hours (overnight).
Besides fasting blood sugar you need to get your blood pressure measured.
You can consult your physician for clinical assessment, relevant investigations and thus management.

Thanks and take care
