Does Dark Spots In Tongue Suggest Nevi Pigmentation?
Hi I am 46 year old female. I don't smoke. I don't remember if I always had a few tiny dark dots (head of needle size) on the right side of my tongue before---- maybe I 've had it for years. It doesn't hurt. I just have been observing for moles around my face and body recently. I thought that mayble I should check my mouth and tongue as well. Do you think its normal to have a few tiny dots on my tongue? Is that called nevi? Please help me. Thank you.

The black spots that you have on your tongue could be normal one and not the sign of any disease, if no clinical sign and symptoms are there then no need to worry about this, and just do thing for this, hope this helps
