Does Combiflam Have Side Effects?

Hi, I take one combiflam every month on the first day of my periods. It works really well and there is no dizziness. Can I continue to do that? Are there any side effects in the long run? Do they effect my chances of getting pregnant? No such plans at the moment but definitely don t want to take any risks for the future. Help!

Hi

Ibuprofen and paracetamol are anti-inflammatory drug and pain killer which is effective in reducing menstrual pain.You have mentioned using one tablet every month on the first day of periods.You can continue with the drug since once a month intake of the drug does not cause any major side effects.In case of any gastritis ,you can take the drug with proton pump inhibitors.You can stop the drug in case you are planning for pregnancy.
