Hello and thanks for he query,

I understand your position however I must say that abortion must be done under medical supervision. Also cytotec is usually combined with other drugs for abortion and is not the main drug.

It would help to know your last menstrual period date to calculate your gestation. A gestation of 2.5 weeks means that you have still not missed your period, that is 19 days after the first day of the last menstrual period. So it seems more likely that you have calculated it incorrectly. If you calculate from the missed period date and add 2.5 weeks the pregnancy becomes 6.5 weeks.

In any case you passed a big clot. Please check if you passed a fleshy mass or not. The best way to confirm if the abortion was complete or not is by ultrasonograhy. So get it done if possible. The tummy begins to grow after 12 weeks and it is usually after 16 weeks that women are able to appreciate a mass.
So this cannot be used as a guide. If the tummy is big, the pregnancy must be advanced. It may even be just fat that is producing a big tummy.
I understand your worry and suggest an evaluation by a doctor and an ultrasound to check if there are any bits left inside.

Hope this was helpful.
