Does Vitamin A Palmitate Cause Heart Palpitations?

Hi. I am wondering if vitamin A palmitate could cause the feeling of a racing heart? I recently started drinking more almond milk that has vitaminA palmitate in it. It s the only change in my diet that I can think of, and I started experiencing a racing heart around the same time. But it could also be stress because I also started a new job around that time too. Thanks

Vitamin A does not cause racing heart rate. Racing heart rate may be due to stress. Stress aggravates sympathetic system of body which may increase heart rate.
Advice
1.     Alprazolam 0.25 mg at bed time for 10 days
2.     Avoid smoking, alcohol, caffeine, caffeinated beverages and coffee
3.     Do meditation
4.     Avoid strenuous physical activity
5.     Regular exercise at least 30 minutes for 5 days in a week. The best types of exercise include walking, jogging, cycling, swimming or dancing
6.     Eating a diet that is rich in whole grains, fruits, vegetables and low-fat dairy products and skimps on saturated fat and cholesterol
7.     Lose extra weight if you are overweight and keep your body mass index between 19 and 25. BMI is calculated by formula BMI = Weight in Kilograms / (height in meters x height in meters)
8.     Measure your BP regularly and be in touch with your doctor
If you do not get relief by above measures then get an electrocardiogram (ECG) done and consult a general physician for further diagnosis and management.
I hope this information will help you. I will be happy if you ask another question
Thanks
