Hello, Welcome to HCM Synthyroid is levothyroxine, is a synthetic form of the thyroid hormone thyroxine(T4), The symptoms of fatigue you are experiencing may be due to therapeutic overdosage of the drug you are taking. Fatigue, increased appetite, weight loss are the common side effects of this drug. So,i would advice you to get checked your T3, T4 and TSH levels once again and consult your treating physician for proper dosage. Hope you are happy with the answer. Thank you.
