Does Metformin 500 Mg TabsZYD Contain Wheat As Filler?
I have Type2 DM taking metformin 500mg twice daily. The pill is white in color and has Z on one side of the pill and 70 on the other side. The label on the bottle says Metformin 500 mg tabsZYD. This is a different Metformin than what I was originally taking. My pharmacy (Walmart) changed my prescription to this brand recently saying they no longer carry what I was originally taking. I ve noticed since being on this new brand that my blood sugar is not being controlled as well. Can you tell me if this brand has wheat as a filler?
