Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
My entire body hurts to the touch. It came on suddenly. I ve taken benadryl and ibuprofen for two days and rested in bed but it isn t getting better. What should I do? What could it be? I thought it was an allergic reaction to meloxicam, but I I should h have had some relief by if it was that.
Body pain is not a common symptom of an allergic reaction. So, in my opinion, the symptoms does not seem to be related to an allergic reaction. It seems like a viral infection which will go away in time. Meanwhile,I suggest to rest and drink liquids.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
